Understanding automobile weight dynamics is yet another key to driving fast.  Notice in this photo that most of the car's weight is on the car's left rear wheel and that the front right wheel is nearly off the ground.  This is due to the fact that I'm turning hard to the right (shifting the weight of the car to the two left tires) and I'm under heavy acceleration (shifting the car's weight to the rear tires).  You learn all about the different effects of weight transfer in the classroom sessions...
