PCA Club Racing had its inaugural season in 1992 with four races, and has grown to about 30 races involving more than 2,000 PCA Club Racers. There is a class for all Porsche sports cars, including both street and modified cars. Racing is to be fun, safe, and clean. There are immediate sanctions against any driver at fault in an incident involving car damage. The organization and operation of Club Races is governed by PCA and is uniform, so that any racer may attend any Club Race and know exactly what to expect. The Lone Star Region is proud to sponsor an annual club race event.
Each year in March the Lone Star Region hosts a PCA club race. Each year we raise the bar in extending our Regions hospitality to racers from across the US.. In addition to all the wonderful track time you will receive you can rest assured that your evening plans were taken into consideration as well.
Details on the next club race, including information about the race venue, accommodations, and the schedule will be posted here as the date for the 2015 race approaches.
Volunteers are needed to work the corners and for many other race related duties. Additional information on volunteering for the club race will also be posted here.
And for those of you who are not racers, it has become a tradition each year for the Region to conduct a tour to the track for a program that includes parade laps on the track, and afternoon watching the races, and a dinner that evening. Details will be announced later also.
The Lone Star Region Club Race for 2017 is anticipated to be held at COTA.
