We (well, actually me - the web master) thought you might be interested in club logos through the ages. I stumbled on these in the process of updating our web site, and there is little information on when they were used, who created them, or anything else. If you know something about them, let me know. |

I think this is the oldest logo I found. It was on another Region's web site as a link to LSR. According to Eric Ward, this logo depicts a "road course" and was in use when Eric joined LSR in January 1986. It was on patches, caps, letterhead and so forth. Eric is not sure, but he thinks that Paul Volmar (the president of LSR at the time) conceived the logo |
This may be the oldest logo, if the "road course" LSR isn't. It was on one of the original web pages before I revised them in 2003. |

| This is the current "official" logo. It combines the Texas flavor of our Region with a reference to our racing heritage. | This logo was briefly used on the web site for the "home" link, but it has been discontinued as Porsche does not permit its distinctive car shape to be used. This logo did show the familiar 911 silhouette and included the "Lone Star" and the year the Lone Star Region was founded, 1961. |
